Here’s the feedback on RAWNA
What is your overall impression?
“I feel odd texting a Navy SEAL about my emotions but here I go. It’s been a day. And I just have to say this. I started the RAWNA training at the perfect moment in my life, the moment I needed it. I was drowning. Dude it changed my life. Thank you. I don’t know how life would have gone if that first call didn’t happen. I don’t think XXXX would be public. I have a long way to go, but I can’t believe who I have become over the last 6 months. I want to continue to improve and change. Let’s go brother!”
-C.I., Chief Operating Officer, Competitive Century Cyclist, Soon-to-be Ultramarathoner
“Wish I would have had this 10 years ago!”
- Chief Morgan, Santa Clara Police Dept.
“The Foundation course is the missing link in public safety training and should be mandatory training for everyone.”
- Scott Savage, Savage Training Group
“I recently had the opportunity to go through RAWNA-ASCENT, the 1:1 Executive Coaching program. To say the experience was awesome would be an understatement. Coop is a true professional whose insight, energy, and approach to leadership development are second to none. I was able to immediately apply the tools and concepts he taught within my team and organization - seeing real results almost instantly. Highly recommend this program to anyone - corporate sectors or public safety - looking to elevate their leadership impact.”
-Geoff Sumner, Apple - Austin, TX
Former San Jose PD MERGE / Austin PD Executive Protection & Violent Crimes Task Force
“Holy $ - - - man!!! You were right about the gut check for sure. Working on consistency with the 4-minute Launch routine, closing the book on the day, Zero-Rank Debriefs, and being where my feet are. Hearing good feedback from others that attended. Working on admin to sponsor another soon. I’ll keep ya posted. Appreciate ya!”
-LT Danny Smith, Chesapeake Fire Dept.
“Wish I would have had this 10 years ago!”
- Chief C.M., California Law Enforcement

What stood out to you about RAWNA?
“Extremely practical, valuable tools that can be implemented immediately.”
“I was pleasantly surprised by how much the course focused on blending work, leadership, and family life — not just job performance.”
“The repetition and reuse of tools across different scenarios created clarity and confidence.”
One week later: “It’s been going well. I’ve been watching some other videos on meditation to learn more about it. I guess I never paid much attention to how often and how fast my mind races.
“Interesting to pay attention to what level you’re riding at, for which part of the day, and who you’re giving time to. Allows you to effectively budget energy levels….I usually try to be 100% all-in wherever my feet are. I have found success in that, but I also recognize it leads to burnout.”
- SGT M.W., California SWAT
“Help me structure training for supervisors and managers.”
- Lead Engineer, Applied Engineering
